Order confirmation

A submitted form or shopping bag is an order request. An order becomes final only after Yara Cookies confirms product availability, price, delivery and payment.

Changes and cancellations

Contact customer service as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once a fresh or custom order is being prepared.

Delivery

Delivery timing is an estimate and may be affected by destination, courier availability and conditions outside our control. Please provide accurate recipient and address details.

Custom and seasonal orders

Design, contents and availability may vary for custom, Lebaran, CNY, corporate and bulk orders. Final details are confirmed before payment.

Products may contain or come into contact with almond, gluten, dairy or egg. Tell us about allergies before ordering so relevant information can be checked.
